Fill a non-stick muffin tin 1/2 full with pancake mix. Bake for 15 minutes at 350.
While the pancake mix is baking put 2-3 cups of fresh or frozen fruit in a sauce pan and add some sugar to tastes (optional) and simmer until soft.
Take the pancake cups out of the tins and make a cavern in the top with a knife and fork.
Put a spoonful of cooked fruit in the cavern and top with whip cream
