Polka Dot Macaroons
1 bag (14oz.) sweetened shredded coconut
1 can (14oz.) sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup flour
1 - 3/4 cup M&M’s
Preheat oven to 350 and grease cookie sheets and put them aside
In a large bowl combine the condensed milk and the flour. Add coconut and mix together until well blended. Stir in M&M’s. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely on wire racks. Store in tightly covered containers.
