I remember when my kids were young, getting the Mothers Day gifts that they made in school. I still have most of them. We as a family would so crafts and I would claim some of theirs for Mothers Day but other than that I never really received any hand crafted gifts from my kids. Now that they are young adults, they don’t make anything for me but each year they both buy me some kind of perennial flowers or shrubs for my garden. I love it as I am getting quite the collection in my yard and garden.
