Easy Craft Clay

• 1 box baking soda (about 2 cups)
• 1 cup cornstarch
• 1-1/2 cups water
• Sauce pan
• Bowl
• Spoon
• Plastic wrap

Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring consistently, until it is too thick to stir with a spoon.
2. Cool for 15 minutes, or until dough is cool enough to work with.
3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, or until smooth.
4. Keep dough wrapped in plastic
5. This will take 1 – 3 days for the finished product to dry. Timing depends on the thickness of the item.
6. Paint with acrylic or tempera paints.
